Dorm Room Work-Out

The past few weeks I have been doing this workout in my room. Sometimes it’s hard to make it to the gym, but I want to make sure I get a little exercise in. This is by no means “the hardest workout you will ever do,” but when you are busy and just want to get a quick workout in, it’s great!

Dorm Room Work-Out

50 Jumping Jacks

25 Squats

50 Tire Runs

16 Push-ups

45 Crunches

25 Jumping Squats

25 Tricep Dips

50 Bicycle Crunches

Repeat 2-3 times!

Stretch/cool down after.
